Join Christine Chaney (The WABASH Project) and Matthew Peters (Sound Alchemy) for an intimate afternoon journey designed to bring you back to center. Through the combined medicine of tea, conscious breath, intuitive painting, and sacred sound, we invite you to "come home" to your body and creative spirit.
The Journey
1:00 PM | Welcome and Grounding: Settle into the space with a curated root chakra tea to anchor your energy.
1:15 PM | Coming Home: A session of conscious breathwork paired with the grounding resonance of singing bowls.
1:30 PM | Letting Go: Dive into the fluid world of watercolor painting. This is an invitation to play and release, set to the rhythmic backdrop of live gongs.
3:00 PM | Just Be: An immersive sound bath where you can surrender to a deep symphony of vibrations for total restoration.
3:30 PM | Reflecting: A dedicated window to respond to your art, relish the stillness, and integrate the experience.
