Upcoming Sound Baths

All 75-minute Sound Bath experiences begins with a short discussion on the healing properties of gongs and singing bowls, followed by a 70-minute Sound Bath Meditation. Afterward, there will be an opportunity for community. To fully enjoy the Sound Bath, it is recommended to lie down on your back or assume a comfortable position. Please wear cozy attire and bring any items necessary for your relaxation, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or an eye mask.
